Six Sigma BB – Job Description

Job Purpose: To provide a focus on quality in banking operations through the conceptualization and deployment of an appropriate Quality Strategy

Quality is one of the critical parameters in the banking Industry. Quality has not only to be delivered but it has to be seen delivered to Client’s customers.

To work in the Quality team and conceptualise a Quality Strategy appropriate to the current and future needs of Client
To implement the Quality Strategy using Six Sigma and Lean Enterprise Methodology
To bring in focus on quality and enhance the quality culture within Client Operations group
To provide a process framework for Operations to ensure that the voice of customer and other stakeholders is measured, tracked and appropriate actions initiated with a view to improve customer satisfaction
Assist operations in identification and resolve of key business issues using Six Sigma methodology
To initiate and drive Six Sigma projects to ensure financial benefits adding to the bottom line of Client

· B.E/B.Tech (Any discipline) or a Degree in any discipline with relevant experience

· 8-10 years of Experience in Quality area of which atleast 5~ 6 years in a Manufacturing Industry (1 ~ 2 years of experience in ITES/BPO sector preferred)
· Certified Six Sigma Black belt preferably from reputed organisations
· Should have assumed a lead position in driving Six Sigma and Lean methodologies in a large organisation
