The incumbent in the Vice President position will be responsible for shaping the direction of the organization.
Core skills involved are strategic business planning, process improvement and people management.
The person will ultimately head a business division, and will report to the managing partner.
The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in management consulting, market research, Financial Services, Telecom, IT Industry, with at least 5-6 years in leadership positions.
In addition, the candidate should actively want to be an essential part of building an organization, and should show entrepreneurial skills
Positions is based out of Bangalore and will report into the local head of research/ Managing partner. Excellent compensation and benefits package will be offered to suitable candidates.
