The Human Resources function in Shared Services is responsible for managing HR Operations for all Fidelity businesses in India (6500+ associates spread over four primary locations). HR Operations includes employee data ownership and maintenance, maintaining employee files, reporting (headcount, attrition etc.), payroll inputs, employee joining and exits, administration of all employee benefits (life and medical insurance, superannuation etc.) and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
* Develop the roadmap for and build the HR Operations function based on well-defined and documented processes
* Drive the implementation of systems to support HR Operations.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in productivity as well as service offerings.
* Partner with the HR teams to understand their challenges and provide solutions.
* Regular communication with all the stakeholders.
* Provide leadership to the HR Operations associates to ensure delivery of HR Operations goals.
