The senior business analyst will support the Business development team in performing due diligence and diagnostics on key partnerships and ventures globally
Role:
Competitive /partner intelligence that includes due diligence, competitive benchmarking of partners, prospective partners and as appropriate industry verticals Business case development and Deal Analytics
Responsibilities:
Identify key companies suited for partnership
Collate and develop research reports on specific companies or industries
Develop competitive analysis and benchmarking studies
Support due diligence including: financial modeling, review products and services, risk assessment, industry research, market validation, organization structure
Develop business cases including qualitative and quantitative analysis in close coordination with Finance
Generate periodic deal diagnostic reports
Required Skills:
Excellent analytical skills, and business acumen, ability to understand various industries
Ability to interpret financial statements
Knowledge of basic financial modeling techniques (DCF, NPV, CAPM etc), risk modeling
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, and Excel
Strong logical and analytical skill set
Detail oriented, but able to see the big picture
Ability to generate results with minimal direction
Experience: 4+ years in the field of Financial analysis, M&A or management consulting with a multinational company working on global teams/projects
Education/Equiv. Experience:
MBA in Finance or Master’s degree in Economics
