2. Drive process improvements using Six-Sigma methodology
a. Deploy Black belt project with financial impact on Business Bottom Line
b. Mentor and Coach Green belts to meet the Op.Co Objectives
c. Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the process
d. Participate in all process excellence initiatives
3. Six Sigma training
a. Conduct general awareness and specific six sigma training
b. Develop customized Six sigma training modules
4. Own and Drive process metrics / dashboards
a. Develop and deploy process metrics / dash boards
b. Monitor performance of key process metrics.
c. Participate in preventive and corrective actions.
5. Lead operational excellence initiative across organisation
