Commenting on the potential of LPO, Sanjay Kamlani, co-founder and co CEO of Pangea3 says, “LPO is a $300 billion industry and any work that doesn’t require physical presence can be outsourced.” Pangea3 will have 250 lawyers and engineers doing litigation work, legal research, studying mergers & acquisitions and patents. “We provide outsourced legal, patent and IP technical support services to corporations,” he adds. Kamlani oversees Pangea3’s India legal outsourcing business operations and manages all delivery, quality control and administrative services for the company on a global basis. Kamlani, who is a member of New York and New Jersey bars, was the CFO and general counsel of Office Tiger—a professional support services outsourcing company.
