Be a thought leader and provide case studies, white papers and promotional material for use by the sales team in its marketing efforts. Own the COE from the Insurance point of view and contribute to client visits in positioning our Insurance practice in a differentiated manner to prospects.

a) Area: very good domain expertise in Insurance- Life and Annuities – to the extent help identify the solutions in setting up the various insurance products ( variable annuities, Life, Pensions etc) for the various US and European Insurance clients
b) Identify off-shoring opportunities with Insurance clients while providing IT / BPO solutions
c) In depth understanding of the Insurance product development processes
d) Proven Experience and Expertise in Content Development, Program Designing and Process Training- Insurance Domain. Provide direction, planning insights, leadership, supervision and overall management to the Insurance domain training function
e) Ability to translate ideas and concepts into detailed execution plans.
f) Project management skills.
g) Analytical, strategic, customer-service focused and computer proficient.
h) Good Leadership abilities coupled with Client interfacing skills.

Skills / Experience Sought
· Experience- 8-12 years with relevant experience in Insurance services, Insurance Operations with thorough understanding of Life and annuity products in US and UK markets
· Should have managed large teams 80-100
· Excellent Communication and Client Negotiation skills
· Very Good Understanding of the domain
· People Management skills
