A Leading Cilent of our's is looking for a Manager with experience ranging from a minimum of five years to amaximum of eight years. This person will Lead the Accounting & Finance function of our clients India operations and work with the Global Corporate Controller on various aspects of the US/Philippines/India accounting functions.
The responsibilities are as follows:
Global Operations (Principal Duties):
        Manage firm-wide (multiple jurisdictions) financial reporting practices and procedures to ensure timely closing and reporting
        Firm wide general ledger and accounts reporting
        Compile financial statements & income tax returns for separate legal entities
        Consolidate our client's worldwide financial statements on quarterly and annual basis
        International Transfer Pricing
        Global finance and accounting projects
        Client invoicing
        Banking Transactions
        Time and expense reporting
        Expense reimbursements
India Operations (Oversight Responsibility): 
Book Keeping & Accounts - Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss A/c, manage company's cash and bank accounts, preparation & maintenance of journals, purchase registers, vouchers, invoices etc.
Finance - Budgeting, preparation and implementation, managing company cash flows receivables, payables and expenses & preparation of periodic financial reports for India accounts
Management Information System - Generating financial reports, ageing, variance, budget/actual analysis reports.
Statutory Compliance - Handling STPI invoicing, imports and periodic reporting, income tax, professional tax, sales tax, Provident Fund reports and returns
Payroll Disbursements
