Marcom Account Management

This position is responsible for handling all the marketing collateral requirements of a particular Business Unit. This business unit lead will be responsible for understanding, managing, coordinating team resources in order to meet the particular Business Unit needs.

Specific Responsibilities:
Understand scope out and define all the marketing collaterals / sales tools needs for the particular business unit including, finalizing the brief to ensuring the task is completed.
Responsible for ensuring all sales/marketing collateral including creative design, copy (content management/development), layout are delivered in time and as per the requirements of the particular business unit
Act as main point of contact for the Business Unit in consultation with the project manager
Assures Marcom projects for the BU are on strategy and completed on time.
Ensures effective management of overall projects, including metrics/status updates
Develop and maintain strong partnerships that promote collaborative working engagements.
Work collaboratively with the clients to develop long-term roadmap for increasing portfolio of services.

Requires 3+ years of expert level knowledge in area of marketing communications (marketing collateral, direct marketing, advertising) preferably as part of off-shore team, plus project management experience
Master’s (graduate) degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Ability to negotiate , push back and prioritize requests coming in for the different Business Units
Highly Effective project managements skills
Depth of knowledge across marketing communications discipline and managing to objectives
Demonstrated ability and desire for creating and fostering collaborative off-shore relationships
Enthusiasm/high interest for playing key role in developing and executing off-shore working model
Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
