Qualification :
Minimum commerce graduates. M. Com, MBA Finance, CA-inter and ICWAs preferred
Skills set :
Candidate should have exposure to at least one of the following:
Financial planning
Budgeting and Forecasting
Financial Reporting
Variance analysis
GL Month-end close
Worked on reporting tools like Hyperion etc.
For candidates with limited GA exposure/Reconciliation experience, good systems knowledge is a must (excellent in MS excel ) and should have worked on ERP packages – SAP/Oracle financials, etc)
